Well, it's official - Spring is here and Summer won't be far behind. We want to remind you to renew or sign up for your Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) to ensure your system is up to the challenge of battling the Summer heat. We also want to let you know about a new payment plan.
Many of you have asked for it, so we're happy to announce there is now a Monthly Payment Option for ESA's We've added this new Monthly Payment option to:
- Take one more item off your "To Do" list
- Ensure you have no interruption of ESA service and benefits
- Assist our customers with tighter budgets
If you would like to take advantage of the hassle-free Monthly Payment option, choose your equipment maintenance options then simply enter your credit or debit card information and check the "I want to make no-hassle monthly payments" box on the ESA. We will take care of the rest. Your card will be charged the monthly payment option total and you don't have to give your service a second thought. We will contact you at the appropriate time to schedule your maintenance.
Of course, if you would rather keep a yearly agreement with us, that's absolutely fine as well. Just fill out the agreement as usual and your benefits will start on the day we receive your completed agreement and payment.
